Anyone who has done any work with institutions knows how difficult change can be. Anyone who has done any work with the church knows how near impossible it can be. If part that is what got Jesus crucified what suggesting change. In this conversation Stacy and Jonathan talk about the difference between technical change and adaptive change. While there is a place for both, the religious landscape of American calls for churches to be more adaptive than technical if they want any hope of thriving.
